"Kirsten Wood’s offices have perfected exceptional customer service for their State Farm family of which I am a part. When I moved from one state to another in 2017, selflessly they made the process seamless for me with no concern about my policies transferring to another branch. Kirsten explained every minute detail beyond my expectations. That did it for me! I felt a lasting connection with the Wood’s team that had already been established from years of consistent coverage. Fast forward to just recently and upon my return to the area, it is not surprising to whom I turn. And in typical style and expert care for their customers (or family members) they did it again and made the process a breeze. Talk about sustainability. Thank you for your exceptional care and for your personal touch that lasts for a lifetime. The speed at which they respond to inquiries and requests is commendable. Recently, I needed a replacement certificate and was able to get one microwave fast - instantly just before entering my local Secretary of State. That is service extraordinaire. Office representatives Denise Champion and Julian Coulter have both perfected customer service responsiveness. Five-star grateful -- I am!"

"I’m thrilled that I returned to State Farm in Royal Oak MI. I regretfully tried another company briefly, who assured me that they were superior. I explained that I had zero complaints & was more than satisfied with State Farm for years but I fell for the scam, & it was a bigger mistake than I even thought. I wasn’t used to poor customer service. State Farm’s customer service was & IS by far top notch & the new company was never speaking to me when I reached out. Short, confusing answers, as if they did not care, and were not knowable , NOT what I was used to with State Farm. Thank God, I RAN back to Julian at Kirsten Wood office & he took me back with open arms and an AMAZING price! It was a miracle. I have much better, coverage with a magnificent price! State Farm ( Julian at Kirstin Wood office) treats you like family. They really care. I finally feel safe and comfortable with my family’s insurance !! That is PEACE OF MIND! Only at State Farm!!!"
